2012 ANNUAL PRODUCE SHOW ?

The date for our Proposed Annual Produce Show is Saturday 18th August 2012 and it is planned to hold it in the Burghfield Village Hall.

However for it to go ahead we do need enough people to help organise and run it and at the moment this is not so, and therefore, unless more people come forward by or at the AGM, it won’t happen; at least not this year.

A variety of roles are available which include preparing the hall and setting up the tables, manning the door, helping with teas etc., judging and assisting with clearing up after the event.

We’re not expecting volunteers to be available for the whole days so if feel you could spare a few hours and would like to volunteer please e-mail Kate at kate.tudor@bdhs.co.uk or Janice at janice.dallison@bdhs.co.uk or speak to them at the AGM.
