The Shop : 

  • alias the Trading Centre

  • is situated in the shed in the driveway of  Willink School (off Hollybush Road)

  • is open every Sunday 10:00 to 12:00 from the beginning of February until the end of  October each year.   

  • A small reference Library of books and Magazines is available to members.

For a small enterprise, there is a surprisingly comprehensive range of 'Soils & Sundries' available on Sunday mornings at the Shop, all at very competitive prices supported by free advice and suggestions.

For those of you who prefer to garden organically you will not be disappointed - come along and see us.

If we haven’t got it we are bound to be able to offer a suitable substitute or arrange to get it from our suppliers!

Tools and other individual items can easily be ordered - just ask to see the catalogue.

Bulk deliveries can also be arranged to meet your needs.

HELP & IDEAS

Any sort of help is always welcome, whether to 

  * deliver Newsletters - walks are set up to cover small local areas and provide opportunities for occasional regular exercise, usually about 6 newsletters per year

  * serve in the Shop

  * support the Committee

  * provide plants or produce for sale at the Shop or

  * write the occasional article or note for the Newsletter.

Those interested are welcome to contact us through the Shop, the Secretary or a Committee Member.

RUNNING THE SHOP

The Sunday Shop is operated by a very small group of volunteer Members for the benefit of ALL.

Volunteers are urgently needed to serve in the Shop on Sunday mornings ( it’s only 2 hours once a month amongst some very friendly people!)

Volunteers in the Shop – can further enjoy the benefit of a 10% discount on most supplies (except special offers) as well as meeting other members to discuss any benefits, problems or new products etc. and how to best use local conditions. Only 2 hours on a Sunday morning! – we have a rota system which, when supported, means volunteers work once a month or less.The Rota system also enables easy substitution for occasions when other personal needs take precedence!

If you can spare the odd hour or two to give us a hand and meet some of the members please speak to us in the Shop, or contact Kate Tudor 

It is also a great opportunity to exchange news and views.
