My large, modern, luxury villa is fully equipped for all of your holiday needs, including pool towels. The villa is brand new and has all the little extra's you need to have a comfortable holiday, with everything included in the price except pool heating. Useful extra's provided include a cot, highchair, stroller, pool toys, games compendium, iron and ironing board, and a large washing machine and separate tumble dryer in the garage (no more dirty washing to take home!!). * * * * * LOUNGE & DINING AREAS: There is a sitting area (two sofas) and formal dining area (seats 6),this is slightly separated from the rest of the villa where the grown-ups can unwind after a hard day at the large private pool. There is a further eating area in the kitchen which will seat four people, and next to this is another sitting area which leads out onto the pool. This area contains a 2 further sofas, large TV, DVD, Hi-fi, and a PlayStation 2 (just in case it rains!) KITCHEN: Fitted with all modern amenities, (microwave, dishwasher, oven/hob, blender, coffee maker, toaster etc.) including a fridge with icemaker. Cutlery/glasses and crockery for up to 12 people.
GAMES ROOM: Equipped with both a Pool Table and a Football Table. POOL AND OUTDOOR AREA: There is an extended pool and deck, with a further outdoor lanai where you can eat and drink. A couple of loungers are also provided for the less energetic. Pool towels are provided. Pool/spa heating is optional - please see pricing page.
The villa is equipped with Smoke Detectors and a Fire Extinguisher - but please note that this is a No Smoking Villa. |
BEDROOMS:
The Villa has 2 en-suite master bedrooms, one with a King size bed and one
with a Queen size bed, and is particularly suitable for 2 families
sharing. One en-suite has a walk-in shower, bath tub, walk in wardrobe,
toilet and hairdryer. There are two further twin bedrooms sharing a 3rd bathroom - this bathroom also leads straight out onto the pool
area, ideal for washing the kids down after a swim. There is also a separate sitting room/dining area
with a sofa bed which can sleep 2 more. Free use of cot for a baby which can be placed in any of the rooms.
