The kitchen, living and dining rooms are now fully open plan with a new black six-seater breakfast bar, a large table for eight people, a smaller table for four, a
large wall-mounted flat screen TV, a Video Recorder and a DVD player. The kitchen
was brand new for 2011 and comes fully equipped with all
modern appliances including large fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Down-lighting throughout the kitchen and living areas gives the villa an
ultra-modern and practical feel. |

In addition to the kitchen, there is also a separate utility room containing a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The two master bedrooms each have a King-size bed, a
wall-mounted flat screen TV, plus an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.
There are two further bedrooms, each containing twin beds, TV, DVD Player and Video Recorder.
All bedrooms are air conditioned.
There is an additional bathroom with bath and shower for shared use.
Cable TV with a full Sports & Movie package is provided in three rooms.
The covered solar-heated pool measures 30ft by 14ft, and can be accessed directly from both the master suite and the living room via sliding
patio doors. The pool area is completely screened for your comfort and security, and pool furniture is also provided for your use.
A fitted safe is available at no charge for our guests to store their small valuables.
The Games Room contains a table tennis table, an electronic darts board, a 7ft 6in Pool table and a 6ft Air Hockey table.
Ceiling Fans are fitted in all appropriate rooms.
The villa is tastefully decorated with over thirty original
works by Susan Duxter (renowned Canadian author and artist).
